Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

At any instance customer wish to cancel the order, it is advised to cancel the order within 12 hours after placing the order. 
Please note all orders will be accepted by us after approx. 12 hours of receiving orders & once the order is confirmed, the cancellation option will not be available to us and also to the customer.
For all customized products, please note for any reason if the customer wishes to cancel the order, then they are advised to raise the cancellation request timely i.e. within 12 hours of order placing. Once the order is accepted by us, the product printing/manufacturing process will get initiated by our production department, then no cancellation and no refund will be entertained.
We reserve the right to cancel the order if the customer's pin code is not serviceable, although we have good delivery partners but if in any case, some pin code is not serviceable we will cancel the order.
We reserve the right to cancel the order at any point if we find any false practices with orders or if it is suspected to have some false practices in the future, in this case, if order payment is prepaid then it will be returned and credited to the same source of account from payment was made. 
For all canceled orders in which prepaid payment is completed, then please note it will take 5-7 days to get the payment settled and reflect in the customer's same account from where the payment was deducted.

Return and Exchange

We assure you that we pack and ship your order only when the quality of the personalized product is perfect. We cross-check every product for quality and accuracy before dispatch. 
If you still feel that there is some quality-related issue with your order, you may request an exchange for the same item by emailing us saleknap@gmail.com. 
Once we receive the exchange request, we will check for the faults in the item, for which customers have to send images/photos of the same. 
(Please note for every exchange of product from far locations, the customer will have to return the product to us. For this customer have to bear the courier charges (one side). If the customer wants to return the product for exchange at our authorized collection points they are free to do so.)

Refunds

For Personalized Products:
Please note Personalized products are prepared or manufactured as per the order received, which means it is not readymade products. So as mentioned above in the "Order Cancellation section, "it is advised to cancel and raise a refund request for the order within 12 hours after placing the order. Customers can also send the refund request by emailing us with their order details at saleknap@gmail.com
Also, customers are advised to make sure that the Name, Address, and Pin code provided by them are proper and correct without spelling mistakes, if any order delivery is failed due to wrong delivery information, then it will be the sole fault of the customer only and refund request will be rejected in this case.

For Readymade Products:
Please note for all readymade products in which no customization/personalization is required/requested, the customer can raise a refund request within 3 days of order placed. 
In case the customer has opened received packaging and find the product unsatisfactory, they can  raise exchange request or refund request by emailing us at saleknap@gmail.com
Also, please note to get the exchange or refund, the customer has to return the product to us and once we receive the product in proper condition (i.e. unused, undamaged in real new condition) we will process the desired request as soon as possible.

Refund Time
Please note for all payment collection and refunds we have collaboration will payment gateways (currently- Razorpay) and they process the payments on our behalf.
So for all refund requests which are accepted by our team will be sent to the payment gateway, then they will process the refund on our behalf and once they process the refund, the customer will be able to see it within 1 to 7 working days in their same source of the account from payment was deducted.

 

Note:- Please note that every order for a product which comes under special offers like 'Hot Rapid Sale', and 'others' in which heavy discount is provided for short term or any heavy discount coupon is applied, then no refund - no exchange will be provided, as these discounted offer segments are only provided for customer benefit and business promotions under no profit and no loss concept.
